Setting Cut Lines in Studio
After importing SVG, assign cut paths correctly.
- Object > Cut Style: 'Cut' for clean through-cuts
- Red lines = cut, blue = sketching/drawing, none = print only
- For vinyl: set all paths to Cut
- For print-then-cut: set outer boundary to Cut, design to Print
Mirroring for HTV in Silhouette Studio
For heat transfer vinyl, mirror the design before cutting: Object > Flip Horizontal. The mirror toggle is essential for HTV — forget it and the design presses backwards.
