Service Description

ImageToSVG.com provides an online tool to convert raster images (PNG, JPG, WebP, BMP) to SVG vector format. We offer both free and paid tiers.

Acceptable Use

You may not use this service to convert images you do not have the right to use or distribute. You are responsible for ensuring you have the necessary rights to any image you upload.

Free Tier Limits

Free users are limited to 5 conversions per 24-hour period per IP address. We reserve the right to adjust these limits.

Payment & Refunds

Paid plans are billed through Polar. Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis — contact support within 7 days of purchase.

Intellectual Property

The SVG output you generate belongs to you. We claim no ownership over converted files. The ImageToSVG software, branding, and website content remain our property.

Limitation of Liability

ImageToSVG is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from use of the service.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
